Just some things I recently learned and I though I'd share: Green tea helps boost your metabolism. Oatmeal helps lower your cholesterol, and it also makes you feel full. Honey is great for when you're craving something sweet, but doesn't want to eat chocolate or something like that. An apple a day keeps the Dermatologist away. Eating in a smaller quantity but more times per day helps your body digest better, so you should eat every 4 hours.

Also, if you really want to eat something, like french fries, or chocolate, you shouldn't forbid yourself. It'll make you frustrated over time and you'll just give up on dieting faster. Eat what you want, just make sure it's in a smaller quantity and exercise later :)
